ATS® TTT® Fusion Arabic Fitness

Beginner (Level 1)
ATS® Dance Fundamentals

Learn the ATS® basics in this course. Incorporating both fast and slow movements from your very first class, we'll get you moving Day 1!
Basics include dance posture, understanding muscle groups for movements, zils, and formations.

**No prior dance experience required. Zils, also known as finger cymbals, are required by week 3.

Typical Course Session is 8 Weeks

Intermediate (Level 2)
Tribal Combinations for ATS®

In this course, we build upon the ATS® Fundamentals with new movements, refine individual and group techniques through extended drills in both slow and fast.


**It is recommended that you complete Level 1 - ATS® Fundamentals at least once prior to attending. Dancer must also understand the basics of leading and following.

Typical Course Session is 12 Weeks

Advanced (Level 3)
ATS® Drills

This is an advanced class. This class continues to expand upon the slow and fast movement vocabulary. In addition, this class will incorporate techniques required to perform including: stage presence, musical interpretation, continued group interaction, and performance preparation.

**Completion of Level 1 and Level 2. Please check with the instructor about your skill level prior to attending class.

Typical Course Session is 24 Weeks

Advanced (Level 4)
Improv Choreography

This class requires instructor approval to attend. Participants of this class will be learning additional slow and fast movements, in addition to continued work in advanced formations and movement dialect building upon the ATS® format.

**Participants need to be comfortable with all prior levels.

First Friday Flow

First Friday Flow is a one hour ATS® class divided into 15 minutes segments. Students will dance for approximately 30-45 minutes in the beginning and intermediate ATS® dancing. The last 15-30 minutes will be silent stretching and mediation.

During this class, there will be no verbal communication. There will be no explanation of movements or feedback given. Just come and enjoy the flow!

**Participants need to be comfortable with Level 1 & Level 2 (or be able to follow and let go into the divine flow)

"Mommy and Me"

"Mommy and Me" is a one hour ATS® class.

During this class, we will focus on working together as a pair, building the connection between mother and child through interactions including non-verbal communication in a fun and engaging setting!

**Participants are encouraged to dress-up!


Beginner ( Level 1) Tamarind Tribal Transformations®




This is an advanced class.

This class continues to expand upon the students slow and fast movement vocabulary with an introduction to the Tamarind Tribal Transformations vocabulary. In addition, this class will incorporate techniques required to perform including: stage presence, musical interpretation, continued group interaction, and performance preparation.

**Completion of Level 1 and Level 2 ATS®. Please check with the instructor about your skill level prior to attending class.

Beginner ( Level 1B) Tamarind Tribal Transformations®




This is an advanced class.

This class continues to expand upon the students slow and fast movement vocabulary with an introduction to the Tamarind Tribal Transformations vocabulary. In addition, this class will the class will continue work on advanced formations and zils.

**Completion of Level 3 ATS®. Please check with the instructor about your skill level prior to attending class.

Typical Course Session is 24 Weeks


Beginner Fusion




Learn a basic fusion choreography and familiarize yourself with the fusion format in this course. We will spend time learning the basics including dance posture, muscle differentiation and mechanics, isolations, combinations, zils, and components of good choreography. Drawing from ATS® and the serpentine stylings of Rachel Brice and the heavy hitting pop and lock fusion of Zoe Jakes, we will be incorporating both fast and slow movements from your very first class to get you moving Day 1!


**No prior dance experience required.

In this class, we will drill to you drop! We will spend time learning and drilling isolations and combinations, focus on muscle differentiation and mechanics, and zils. Drawing from ATS® and the serpentine stylings of Rachel Brice and the heavy hitting pop and lock fusion of Zoe Jakes, we will be drilling both fast and slow movements from your very first class to get you moving! Classes are high energy that will focus on strength and flexibility.

Appropriate for beginner or intermediate dancers.

Fusion Fridays

Get ready to work!

In this class, we will drill to you drop! We will spend time learning and drilling isolations and combinations, focus on muscle differentiation and mechanics, and zils. Drawing from ATS® and the serpentine stylings of Rachel Brice and the heavy hitting pop and lock fusion of Zoe Jakes, we will be drilling both fast and slow movements from your very first class to get you moving! Classes are high energy that will focus on strength and flexibility.

Appropriate for intermediate or advanced dancers.

"Shake Like a Rock Star!"

Teens only class (ages 13-19)

In this 4 week mini session, we'll get those hips shaking with basic belly dance moves. Dancing to pop music (in addition to traditional favorites), this class will incorporate both fast and slow movements, zils, and formations. We will draw from a multitude of different styles to fuse together some fun and exciting choreographies and improv dancing too!

If you're shy, bring a friend!

Arabic Bellydance Level I and Level II Basic and intermediate technique, arabic rhythms, combos and may include any or all of the following: props including veil, finger cymbals, assaya (cane), classical, regional and folkloric styles of arabic dance and short choreography.
Arabic Bellydance Level II and Level III Intermediate and advanced technique, arabic rhythms, combos and may include any or all of the following: props including veil, finger cymbals, assaya (cane), classical, regional and folkloric styles of arabic dance and short choreography.
Belly Dance Drills with Zahra A fun and exciting cardio class using the exotic moves of Raqs Sharki, or Belly Dance. Whether you are an advanced student looking to brush up the basics through drills or have no dance experience and are looking for an exercise class that will hold you attention, this class is for you!
Belly Barre Influenced by bellydance and ballet, this class will provide you with a total body workout, designed to build muscular endurance, balance, and just get you moving in a fun new way!
Hula Hooping The history of hula hooping isn't completely known. However, there are references to hula hoop through art going back to ancient Greece. Hula Hooping came into popularity in the United States during the 1960s. This class is designed to give you a great workout and assist with coordination. Get ready to sweat!
